Language, Food & Culture is part of an Italian Lab project created in collaboration with NomIT – the Italian Network of Melbourne. It is not the usual Italian cooking course, but rather a path of language and history throughout the Italian culinary culture.

In two hours we explain and prepare a delicious four course banquet (antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce) linked to the Italian history. We will enjoy the dinner together and sample some Italian wine.
