Language, Food & Culture is part of an Italian Lab project created in collaboration with NomIT – the Italian Network of Melbourne. It is not the usual Italian cooking course, but rather a path of language and history throughout the Italian culinary culture.
“[…] a comprehensive system of simple fundamentals that will give you the knowledge and courage to adapt your cooking seasonly or to whatever you have in the cupboard, garden or fridge, with the ability to embellish as your creativity, budget or occasion require.” (Seth, a participant from the first class).
In two hours we explain and prepare a delicious four course banquet (antipasto, primo, secondo e dolce) linked to the Italian history. We will enjoy the dinner together and sample some Italian wine.
